A one of kind experience of fresh, delicious sushi. The best japanese restaurant in Nairobi. Lovely atmosphere, welcoming staff, fantastic food.
The freshest sushi always. Great unagi and salmon sashimi. Decent house wines. Great service every single time. Japanese food is generally priced on the higher side, but worth it. Haru's only fault is that it has nothing going ambience-wise.
Our family has been going to Haru for lunch for years, as we love the food and it is near home. Staff is efficient but aloof and the owner/chef has not welcomed us ever. Ambiance is pretty awful and the music always the same. Food is excellent, but prices are starting to go through the roof. A small portion of grilled squid as a starter at ksh 650/-, ridiculous! Even if the four of us have just one starter, one drink and a bento box each the bill comes close to ten thousand shillings. We don't come as often as we used to ...
One of the most underrated Sushi restaurants in Nairobi! service and food quality was fantastic! Wait staff (Dennis) was so efficient! Always going back for more. I love you Haru! <3
My 7 year old daughter and i are sushi die hards and have sampled many sushi joints locally and abroad. Haru Sushi definitely is a top restaurant that serves fresh fish and the flavours of sushi and sashimi are above par. I highly recommend the cream cheese sushi and butterfly sushi.
