Amazing place to lounge around |

Nice place to go and have drinks but the food was not the best. In fact the main dishes were to expensive and not very good. For example the steak was not well cooked even after sending it back.
The appetiser were good, calamari not acceptable.
Something needs to be done about the quantity and pricing as well.

We really like this place and encourage the owners to keep on doing what they're doing, it's really working, but a few things have got to improve, we want to love it! We went there on a very quiet day, there were only 3 tables occupied including ours, however one of the other tables had all of 3 people serving only them. Our waiter got the order wrong, service was slow, the chef was sent outside and told us one thing when the menu actually said the opposite - and exactly what we had asked for, lastly portions could be better. However, it's not going to stop us from coming back, especially for a drink in the evening when the ambiance and music is fantastic! Would like to try the fine dining and more of the terrace menu - both sound divine!

I keep waiting to be wowed by this place and been here twice and I promised that I wouldn't return.
The service is appalling of such an establishment, they waitresses don't seem particularly interested in your presence, and your order, just for beverages mind you takes eons to arrive. The first time I was there the sitting hostess made us wait in the foyer to find our own seats.
The interior decor is exciting but is that enough?

Brew Bistro offers a whole new cuisine for Nairobi. If you are a vegetarian you must try the pumpkin ravioli. The pasta is made to perfection and it sits in a deliciously light bed of cream sauce. The beer sampler is a must, to wet your palate with lots of hops, lagers, ales, and dark beer with a hint of chocolate and coffee. I can’t wait until the microbrewery expands to offer beer by the keg for home parties. Service was personal and attentive at 7pm, but became slow once the fine dining room filled to capacity on a weekend night. I can’t wait to return for their lunch menu on the terrace.
