Fairmont The Norfolk signature restaurant Tatu, will play host to Executive Chef, Maryan Gandon, from Fairmont Monte Carlo, a unique menu from the luxury resort located in the heart of Monaco. The hotel is one of Europe's largest and was opened in 1975 by Princess Grace.
Chef Maryan Gandon, who has worked at numerous Michelin star restaurants in Europe, will present a unique menu with cuisine from Cote d'azure, prepared with an abundance of fresh local market and seasonal ingredients of the highest quality.

Restaurant Review

A contemporary grill featuring dry aged premium Kenyan Angus beef cooked over sustainable wood, as well as a variety of coastal seafood and the finest Kenyan produce. A new addition to Fairmont The Norfolk, the Tatu Patio extends off the Reception and Business Center areas. Although still a part of the Lord Delamere Restaurant, the Patio seats an additional 20 diners, and is ideal for cocktails and private dinner parties.

Giving Tatu 5 stars for helping organize an unforgettable night! Great Service, Great People, Great Ambiance and Great food!

Tip: For a romantic and intimate dinner, ask for the large table adjacent to the kitchen... trust me its great. Also good for a large group of friends (6 - 8)
