Que Pasa have amazing food, really need to work on their cocktails. We had made a reservation but our table was not ready. We were shuffled to two different tables before we finally settled. Getting someone to explain the drinks was a process. We had to order everything at once since the waiter was a no show. I could barely read my menu since there was no lantern on our table - though to his credit one gentleman who I think is the owner saw this and brought us a candle and apologised granted this was when we were having dessert.
The pizza was amazing as was the steak. The ambience is great.

One of the best Pizza's in Nairobi but the whole smoking indoors thing - really really NOT COOL!

Skipped to Karen to enjoy a Sunday lunch yesterday and decided to try out Que Pasa.What a sham!It took all of 15mins to get orangejuice,water&wine,and the place wasn't even busy.If you're not going to serve fresh orange juice at least serve the more decent freshorange brands not the cheapest of the lot!In most restaurants if a client isn't done with their starter you hold the next course in the kitchen until they're ready.But not so at Que Pasa!There was the waitress insisting on squeezing the main course on our table when we were barely halfway on the starter!She didn't get our hints and there we were,left trying to fit all the dishes on the table!There was at least one saving grace.The steak was good.But lots of restaurants have good even great food.The service at this place is pathetic!Not to mention that the toilets were dirty!Where I come from,toilets speak a great deal!I will not be returning to Que Pasa and will not be encouraging any of my friends to venture there.
