A shady, elegant patio features an open air creperie offering savoury, spicy and fruit filled crepes and waffles. When you don't quite want a meal, one of these really hits the spot. This Mediterranean cuisine restaurant in stylish terracotta presents a different menu every week - always home-cooked and freshly made. Pick from a choice of wholesome meals, delicate soufflés, imaginative soups, interesting quiches, pastries or ice creams. Every wednesday the restaurant is also open for dinner, serving a special menu featuring mouth watering dishes. Every month or so, we have a fine artist displaying work at the restaurant - so no two meals at Le Rustique are the same. The restaurant is set in a beauiful, well maintained garden. Tables are tastefully arranged under large garden umbrellas. If the breeze gets too strong, you can always step into the restaurant building and continue with the rest of your meal in bliss. The venue also features a delicatessen shop is a New York style deli counter. We prepare and sell Antipasti platters with Italian Cold cuts, Cheeses, Bresaola, Terrines and Pates, Foie Gras and other specialities, as well as a wide choice of freshly prepared sandwiches. We also sell home-made sauces and dips, marinated vegetables and olives among other imported goods. You can buy our home-made muesli here, which is on our menu under the breakfast section. There is a kid's play ground, kid's half portions & the restaurant allows dogs in the garden. Sunday brunch, party of five September 26, 2011 Reviewer: G & G from Nyari Estate, Nairobi   We have noticed that every time we make a reservation through Eat Out, we gest a great -if not the best- table at restaurants. Le Rustique has a great setting, excellent service staff, relaxed ambient, great brunch options and a nice wine list. First time we visit, and definitely goes into the top 3 restaurants in Nairobi!
