Food was brilliant, the ribs are some the best in nairobi..
service needs some looking into.. had to wait about 10 mins before we were served, and had to keep calling waiters to get their attention..

Zen was simply fabulous!!! the decor for vals was simple yet elegant! they had n awesome pianist who played the whole night flawlessly! and the FOODDD!! my oh my! straight ten I tell you! the service was excellent.the waiter was attentive and helpful..okay i guess we also knew exactly what we wanted..but he did not warn us that the sauces were all chilly and the people on the table who dont take chilly were not very happy! they took forever to get us some of our requests though so some improvement on the service may be necessary! the portions are also quite small so that could alos be looked in to! all in all though I would say an 8/10!!

Wow...the ambience is just ambience, espiecially the greeny. Food quality is good but quantity too little, waiters need trainning on the products, they have no clue on the menu lists
